From the ordinance

There shall be provided at the time of erection of any main building, or at the time any main building is enlarged, minimum off-street parking space with adequate provision for entrance and exit by standard-size automobiles, as follows:

  "other commercial": "1 per 100 sq ft, except in urban development area 1 per 300 sq ft",
  "residential districts": "1 space per dwelling unit",
  "tourist homes and motels": "1 space per accommodation",
  "medical and dental clinics": "10 spaces + 3 per doctor over 3",
  "hotels and apartment motels": "1 space per 2 rooms up to 20, then 1 per 3 over 20",
  "mortuaries and liquor stores": "30 spaces",
  "tourist courts, apartments, apartment motels": "1 space per sleeping/living unit",
  "church, high school, college and university auditoriums, theaters, general auditoriums, stadiums": "1 space per 5 fixed seats"
