• Solar vegetative buffer width300 ft

  The buffer shall consist of a landscaping strip at least 300 feet wide, shall be located within the setbacks required, and shall circle the entire perimeter of the property.

• Decommissioning timeframe12 months

  The project shall be deconstructed and removed within 12 months after the project sites are permanently decommissioned.

• Solar facility fence heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first.6 ft

  Such fencing shall enclose the project area at least six feet in height and be equipped with appropriate anticlimbing devices.

• Dark sky compliant lighting

  Lighting on the site shall be dark sky compliant.

• Maximum solar panel heightMaximum heightThe tallest a building may be, given in feet, in storeys, or both — whichever binds first.12 ft

  Ground-mounted solar energy generation facilities shall not exceed a height of 12 feet, measured from the highest natural grade below each solar panel.

• Solar facility setbackSetbackThe distance a building must be held back from a lot line.300 ft

  The project area shall be set back at least 300 feet from all abutting public rights-of-way and main buildings on adjoining parcels, and from adjacent property lines.
