- Shielding requirements
Shielded or screened from view means not visible by someone standing at ground level from outside of the property... using a form fitted cover, hedge not less than six feet high and ten feet wide, or opaque masonry wall or treated wood fence not less than six feet high and ten feet wide.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep on any property zoned for residential, commercial or agricultural purposes any vehicle which is inoperable, except as follows: on property less than two acres, one inoperable vehicle may be kept if shielded; on property two acres and larger, two inoperable vehicles may be kept if shielded.
