Such establishments and any parking area primarily related to their operation, shall not occupy more than five percent of the area of the park, shall be subordinate to the residential use and character of the park, shall be located, designed and intended to serve only the needs of persons residing in the park and shall present no visible evidence of their commercial character from any portion of any residential district outside the park.

Where any property line of a recreational vehicle park and campground abuts a residential district or land occupied by a residential use permitted by the zoning ordinance, there shall be provided and maintained along said property line a continuous visual buffer with a minimum height of seven feet.

Service buildings housing sanitation facilities shall be located no closer than 30 feet to any recreational vehicle site or campsite nor farther away than 400 feet.
