For certain existing manufactured home parks, bottom of frame shall be supported by reinforced piers not less than 36 inches in height above grade.
All new and replacement manufactured homes shall be installed on permanent, reinforced foundations designed in accordance with Florida Building Code Residential Section R322.2.

All manufactured homes installed in flood hazard areas shall be installed by an installer that is licensed ... and shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 15C-1, F.A.C. and the requirements of this article.
