Minimum side yard setback for nonconforming lots is 10% of lot width, but not less than 7 feet.
From the ordinance
On pre-existing nonconforming lots of record, the minimum side yard setback shall be ten percent of the width of the actual width of the lot, provided that the minimum yard setback shall be seven feet.
