  • Air-conditioning/heating equipment and emergency electricity generation equipment, provided that multiple units run parallel to the principal structure, may project into a required side or rear yard setback, but not nearer to any lot line than three feet.

    Awnings, cornices, canopies, eaves, balconies or other similar features may project into a required side, rear or front yard setback, but not more than four feet from the existing building face, nor closer than two feet to any lot line.
