- Curbs or wheel stops required
Parking lots shall be provided with curbs, wheel stops, or other devices to prevent vehicles from encroaching on sidewalks or landscaped areas.

Parking lots with more than 20 spaces shall be landscaped. At least 5% of the parking lot area shall be landscaped.

Parking lots shall be paved with asphalt, concrete, or other durable material.

Off-street parking and loading spaces shall be provided for all uses in accordance with the requirements of this section. Parking lots with more than 20 spaces shall be landscaped with at least 5% of the parking lot area.
