Where allowed, facilities shall have an approved site plan meeting the following conditions: A. All principal activities shall take place entirely within an enclosed structure. B. All outdoor facilities shall be incidental to the principal facility or activity. C. No facility or activity shall be erected or conducted less than 30 feet from any residential district or area within other districts which are predominantly residential in nature.
