Where permitted, cottage occupations shall meet the following requirements: A. All or part of the business, such as a home office, is conducted within the principal residential building or an accessory building or structure. B. Is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the dwelling unit for residential purposes with no exterior display, no exterior storage of materials and no exterior indication of the occupation or variation from the residential character of the principal building and neighborhood. C. Allows for up to 10 people, not residing on the premises, including customers and/or employees per day. D. One or more commercial vehicles are allowed as defined in § 165-101.02.
