Welding repair operations in the RA (Rural Areas) District shall meet the following requirements: (1) Hours of operation shall not exceed 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. (2) Total building area shall not exceed 7,500 square feet. (3) All outdoor storage or repair areas shall be screened by a six-foot board-on-board fence, evergreen screen or berm.
