From the ordinance
A minimum buffer of 600 feet shall be maintained on parcels containing sewage treatment facilities adjacent to properties containing residences or properties zoned RP, MH1, R4 or R5. In no case shall residences be placed within 600 feet of a sewage treatment facility.
