The Board of Supervisors may grant a waiver to reduce the required buffer distance requirements between land primarily used for residential purposes and the B-1 or B-2 Zoning District with consent of adjacent property owners.
- Common shared buffer reduction50 pct
The required buffer distance may be reduced by 50% for a common shared buffer easement if existing vegetation achieves the functions of a full screen.
