- Loading area surface material
Loading areas that are separated from parking lots shall be paved with concrete, bituminous concrete, or similar materials. Loading areas that are part of parking lots shall be paved with concrete, bituminous concrete, or similar materials. Loading areas serving uses identified in § 165-202.02A may have a gravel surface if two or less loading spaces are proposed, and if the loading area is separate from the parking lot.

Each required loading space shall be 12 feet wide and 45 feet long.
