Event facility: A place of public assembly, used primarily as a facility for hosting functions including, but not limited to, weddings, receptions, banquets, anniversaries, meetings or conferences. The event facility may be located in a building or tent, be in an uncovered, outdoor gathering space of less than 200 people or a combination thereof.
