- County-owned property agreement
If an applicant requests a permit to develop a site on County-owned property, the permit shall not become effective until the applicant and the County have executed a written agreement setting forth the particular terms and provisions under which the permit to occupy and use the public lands will be granted.

The provisions of this article control as the maximum permitted height, minimum setback and any other dimensional requirements for any TASF.
From the ordinance
Except as otherwise expressly provided in this ordinance with respect to public safety services facilities or with respect to the provisions of any existing special use permit, the provisions of this article shall control as the maximum permitted height, minimum setback and any other dimensional requirements for any TASF.
