Design
- Concealed TASF visibility
New concealed TASFs shall be configured and located in a manner that shall minimize adverse effects including visual impacts on the landscape and adjacent properties.

It is intended that all new non-broadcasting TASFs, other than amateur radio towers, be 199 feet or less in height.

Lighting
- Lighting per FAA
Lighting on TASF shall not exceed FAA minimum standards. Dual lighting required, strobes prohibited unless required by FAA.
Noise
- Sound level70 dB
The sound level for emergency generators shall not exceed 70 dB at the property limits and testing shall only be between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

In the Agricultural, General, A-1 district, new non-broadcast facilities shall be setback a minimum 500 feet from any single-family dwelling unit.
- Abandonment removal
If the use of the TASF has been discontinued for two years, the owner shall remove the TASF within 90 days of notification.
- Antenna array capacity
TASFs up to 120 ft: 3 arrays; 121-150 ft: 5 arrays; >151 ft: 6 arrays.
- Balloon test
Applicant shall raise a balloon of at least 3 feet diameter at max height within 50 feet of center, for 4 hours, with notice.
- Broadcast cabinet visibility
Except for AM broadcast facilities, cabinets shall not be visible from pedestrian views.

The antenna support structure shall be setback a minimum of one foot for every one foot of height from all adjacent lots of record.

New broadcast facilities and anchors shall be setback a minimum of 500 feet from any single-family dwelling unit located on the same parcel or lot.
- Emergency generators allowed
Emergency Generators shall be allowed at each TASF site.
- Equipment cabinet visibility
Cabinets shall not be visible from pedestrian views.
- Equipment compound use
The fenced-in compounds shall not be used for the storage of any excess equipment or hazardous materials. No outdoor storage yards shall be allowed in a TASF equipment compound, and the compound shall not be used as habitable space.
Grading shall be minimized and limited only to the area necessary.
- Removal of old TASF
If the mitigation includes the removal of an existing TASF, then that facility, excluding the foundation, shall be removed within ninety (90) days of the construction of the new TASF.

Signage

Use
- Concealed TASF location in residential
In residential districts, new concealed TASFs shall only be permitted on lots whose principal use is not single-family residential including but not limited to: schools; places of worship; and fire stations, parks, and other public property.
From the ordinance
All new TASFs shall meet the following requirements: No new TASF shall be permitted unless the applicant demonstrates that no existing TASF can accommodate the applicant's proposed use.
