Parking
- Rules of construction
If a single enterprise engages in property usage falling into multiple parking classifications, the classification providing the greatest parking requirements shall apply. Floor space shall mean gross floor area. Where fractional space results, the parking spaces required shall be construed to be the next whole number.
Upon the issuance of a special use permit, an owner or occupant may use property without meeting some or all of the regulations of this article.
