• Directional/panel antenna max dimensions

  Directional/panel antenna may not exceed 3 ft width and 12 ft height.

• Artificial lighting restriction

  Towers shall not be artificially lighted unless required by FCC/FAA.

  An additional 20 feet of antenna height may be added onto the maximum 150 foot tower height for omnidirectional/whip antenna for a total of 170 feet.

  The maximum height for commercial communication towers shall be 150 feet.

• Minimum distance from residential zoning districtZoning districtA mapped area with one set of rules, identified by a code like R-1 or B-2.500 ft

  No telecommunication tower shall be located within 500 feet of a residential zoning district unless demonstrated necessary.

• Omnidirectional/whip antenna max dimensions

  Omnidirectional/whip antenna may not exceed 3 ft width and 20 ft height.

• Removal after ceasing use

  Tower/antenna must be dismantled and removed within 6 months after ceasing use.

• Screening required for towers over 50 ft

  Towers and antennas in excess of 50 ft in height shall include screening as deemed necessary.

  Minimum setback from base of tower to any property line or adjacent nonresidential structure shall be one-half the total combined height of tower and antenna.
