A recreational vehicle... may be parked or stored on a lot, but not inhabited for a period exceeding 24 hours, in a Residential R-1, R-2, or R-3 District, provided that such motor vehicle or equipment shall be: Licensed for the current year; Located no closer to any street than the principal building or parked or stored in a completely enclosed garage; and Not over 32 feet in length or nine feet in height.
