Manually changeable sign(s) shall be permitted when built as an integral part of the business identification sign(s). The area of the changeable letters portion of the business identification sign(s) shall not exceed 15 square feet or one third of the total area of the sign(s) whichever is less. The total area of the changeable letter area shall be included in determining the total permitted sign area for any such business and shall meet any applicable sign height restrictions.
