The height of a sign shall not exceed 12 feet in height.

The height of a sign shall not exceed 12 feet in height. The height of all signs shall be the distance from the grade level where the sign is erected to the top of the sign. No sign shall be erected that will obstruct the sight distance triangle at any street intersection. Roof signs shall be excluded from section 7.11.2.
