There shall be no more than two 50-foot long pennants, or one 100-foot long pennant per business. Such placement shall not exceed two times per calendar year not to exceed two consecutive weeks for each placement. Nonprofit organizations are exempt from the above time limit provided the pennant or pennants are removed within seven days after the event has ended. Placement of such pennants must comply with article VII of this ordinance. Pennants shall not be placed closer than ten feet from any property line. A permit is required.
