Major site plans shall be certified by a registered engineer, landscape architect, architect, or land surveyor licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Acceptable scale for site plans shall be one inch equals 100 feet or larger for all plan sheets showing buildings or building lots, and at least one inch equals 600 feet for all other plan sheets. Major site plans shall be certified by a registered engineer, landscape architect, architect, or land surveyor.
