From the ordinance
The following developments are exempt from the requirement for a complete preliminary and final site plan: 1. The construction or location of any single-family detached dwelling or two-family dwelling on an existing or platted lot not occupied by any other dwelling. 2. Any accessory structure to a single-family or two-family dwelling. 3. Any agricultural activity except as otherwise provided in this zoning ordinance. 4. A change in or expansion of a use on an existing site other than a modification or expansion regulated by section 17-111, unless... 5. Deposit and contouring of fill on land... 6. Any permitted use of a temporary nature for a period not to exceed one (1) year.
