Lighting

Minimum lot size for properties in noise contours 65-70 DNL and 70-75 DNL shall be one acre or the minimum lot size prescribed by the underlying zoning district, whichever is greater. Minimum building setback from a public street shall be one hundred fifty (150) feet. Side and rear yards shall be a minimum of thirty (30) feet.
