Density

Buildings constructed or used to accommodate group housing for the elderly on sites located adjacent to property improved with one or more existing single-family detached residences shall consist of a maximum of two (2) floors

Group housing for the elderly permitted in R-MF-1, R-MF-2, O&I with CUP. Max density 16 du/ac if adjacent to single-family, else 32 du/ac. Parking reduced to 1 space per unit. Max height 2 floors, 35 ft if adjacent to single-family.
