From the ordinance
The adoption of this ordinance does not change the existing zoning classifications of property within the city, except that property zoned B-3 highway business district, B-4 shopping center district or B-5 central business district, which districts are eliminated under this ordinance, shall hereafter be deemed B-2 general business district, as provided for in section 7-500 of this ordinance.
