The zoning administrator shall cause to have posted in a conspicuous place on the property in question one or more signs, each of which shall not be less than six square feet in area, shall contain the telephone number or address of an office in the City of Buena Vista from which information regarding the application may be obtained; and the cost of each shall be paid by the applicant prior to the public hearing. These signs shall be posted at least 15 days prior to the public hearing.
