The Town of Blackstone hereby adopts the following provision of the 2009 Virginia Statewide Fire Prevention Code. This section shall apply to newly constructed commercial buildings or structures, newly constructed industrial buildings or structures and to newly constructed multifamily residential structures that have restricted access through locked doors and have a common corridor for access to the living units. ...
