    A statement of nonobjection must be provided, signed by all adjacent property owners and/or residents.

  • Second dwelling well and septic requirements

    Applicants for second dwellings must receive Health Department approval for a well and septic system prior to receiving zoning approval.

  • Three or more single-family dwelling units on a single lot are not permitted in Appomattox County in any zoning district.

Except where provided by this article, or by conditional use permit, no more than one dwelling unit, whether a single-family dwelling or manufactured home, may be erected on a single lot.
