- Location on same site as primary use
A temporary industrialized building shall be located on the same site as the existing primary use for which additional space is needed
- Maximum duration3 years
No temporary industrialized building shall remain on the site for more than three years after obtaining the zoning clearance
- Site plan required
Before a building permit is issued for the temporary industrial building, the owner shall obtain approval of a site plan
- Skirting required
Skirting shall be provided from the ground level to the base of the temporary industrialized building within 60 days after the certificate of occupancy is issued
- Statement from site owner required
the applicant and/or owner of the site shall submit a written statement to the Zoning Administrator explaining the purpose for the temporary industrialized building

A temporary industrialized building may be authorized by a zoning clearance issued by the Zoning Administrator provided the industrialized building is necessary to provide additional space for employees, students or other people as an activity area
