From the ordinance
A major home occupation shall be conducted within the dwelling unit or accessory structures, or both, provided that not more than 25 percent of the gross floor area of the dwelling unit shall be used for the home occupation and further provided that the cumulative area used for the home occupation, including the gross floor area within the dwelling unit or any accessory structure and the area used for outdoor storage as provided in section 5.2A(g), shall not exceed 1,500 square feet.
