Major home occupations: conducted within dwelling or accessory structures, max 25% of dwelling gross floor area, cumulative area not exceed 1,500 sq ft. Minor home occupations: entirely within dwelling, max 25% and 1,500 sq ft. Major home occupations may operate up to six days per week, hours 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Max two motor vehicles and two trailers. All vehicles parked on-site.
