Lighting
- Full cutoff luminaire required
Each outdoor luminaire subject to these outdoor lighting regulations shall be a full cutoff luminaire.
- Lighting must be shielded away from residential districts and roads
All outdoor lighting, regardless of the amount of lumens, shall be arranged or shielded to reflect light away from adjoining residential districts and away from adjacent roads.
- Maximum spillover onto residential/rural areas0.5 footcandle
The spillover of lighting from luminaires onto public roads and property in residential or rural areas zoning districts shall not exceed one-half foot candle.

Each outdoor luminaire subject to these regulations shall be a full cutoff luminaire. Spillover onto residential or rural areas shall not exceed one-half foot candle. Lighting shall be arranged to reflect away from adjoining residential districts and roads.
