- Building code
The temporary industrialized building shall comply with the requirements of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.
- Extension
The zoning administrator may extend the temporary permit for additional periods not to exceed 12 months each, upon a finding that the temporary industrialized building is still necessary to serve a valid purpose.
- Removal
The temporary industrialized building shall be removed upon the expiration of the temporary permit.
