- Building code
The temporary manufactured home shall comply with the requirements of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.
- Disaster damage
The temporary manufactured home shall be necessary to provide housing for a person whose dwelling was damaged or destroyed by fire, flood, or other natural disaster.
- Removal
The temporary manufactured home shall be removed within 30 days of the date on which the damaged or destroyed dwelling is repaired or reconstructed, or within 12 months of the date of issuance of the temporary permit, whichever occurs first.
