An application for a manufactured home subdivision shall include a plan showing the layout of the manufactured home subdivision, including the location of lots, streets, parking areas, recreation areas, and utilities.
Subdivision ordinance
A manufactured home subdivision shall comply with the requirements of the county's subdivision ordinance.
Special use permit
A manufactured home subdivision shall be permitted only as authorized by special use permit under section 33.5.
