Lighting

  • Outdoor lighting

    The manufactured home park shall be provided with outdoor lighting, as required by section 4.17.

  • Concrete or asphalt pad

    Each manufactured home lot shall be provided with a concrete or asphalt pad for the placement of the manufactured home.

  • Recreation areas

    The manufactured home park shall be provided with recreation areas, as required by section 4.16.

  • Screening from residential districts

    The manufactured home park shall be provided with screening from adjacent residential districts, as required by the county's landscape ordinance.

  • Stormwater management

    Each manufactured home lot shall be provided with water supply and sewer system connections, as required by section 4.1, and electrical service.

Parking

    Each manufactured home lot shall be provided with a parking space, as required by section 4.12.

Setback

From the ordinance

The minimum size of a manufactured home park shall be 10 acres. The maximum density shall be 6 manufactured homes per acre. The minimum lot size for each manufactured home space shall be 5,000 square feet.
