The energy facility shall comply with the requirements of the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and the Virginia State Corporation Commission.

Special use permit
Energy facilities shall be permitted only as authorized by special use permit under section 33.5.

Parking requirements
The energy facility shall comply with the parking requirements of section 4.12.

From the ordinance

The energy facility shall be located on a lot of not less than 10 acres. The energy facility shall be located not less than 500 feet from any residential district.
