The on-site dwelling or sleeping quarters shall comply with the requirements of the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code.

The on-site dwelling or sleeping quarters shall be occupied by the owner, manager, or employee of the commercial or industrial use.

The on-site dwelling or sleeping quarters shall be located within the principal building or in an accessory building on the same lot.
