• Board of Supervisors action deadline12 months

  The Board of Supervisors will act on each application within a reasonable period not to exceed 12 months following the first meeting of the Commission after it was referred to the Commission, according to the schedule established and administered by the Agent, unless the applicant requests or consents to an extension of that period.

  The Commission will act on each application within 90 days of the first meeting of the Commission after it was referred to the Commission, according to the schedule established and administered by the Agent.

• Commission recommendation on special exception deadline45 days

  The Commission will make its recommendation on the application within 45 days after the application is determined to be complete.
