The developer of a mobile home park shall provide at least two nine-foot by 20 foot off-street parking spaces per mobile home lot.
From the ordinance
The developer of a mobile home rental park shall provide mobile home lots of not less than 6,000 square feet, with a minimum width of 50 feet for each mobile home on the premises. Each mobile home shall be placed a minimum of 35 feet from the front lot line, 15 feet from side lot lines, and 15 feet from the rear lot line.
