Pursuant to § 62.1-44.15:27 of the Code of Virginia, Town of Abingdon hereby establishes a Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Program for land-disturbing activities and adopts the Virginia Erosion and Stormwater Management Regulation that specify standards and specifications for VESMPs promulgated by the State Water Control Board for the purposes set out in Section 8-5-1 of this division.
