Fencing & walls

Screening may be accomplished by fencing, plant materials or both. Plant materials shall achieve opacity by maturity. Masonry walls only if integral component of building architecture. Plant materials must be used to screen utility boxes.

All service areas shall be placed at the rear, on the side of or inside buildings.
- Service area visibility
No service area shall be visible from a public right-of-way or from adjacent residential areas.
