• Affordability term (rental)55 years

  Inclusionary units which are rented shall remain affordable for as long as the property is developed with a residential use, but not less than a fifty-five (55) year period from the date of initial occupancy.

  Inclusionary units which are individually sold shall remain affordable for a cumulative period of forty-five (45) years from the date of initial occupancy.

• Design comparability

  Inclusionary units shall be comparable in design to market-rate units, with comparable infrastructure, construction quality, and exterior design.
