Signage

  • Business sign area determination

    The maximum area of business signs is determined by the street footage of each occupancy or as otherwise provided in this chapter.

    The vehicle upon which a vehicle advertising sign is placed shall not be driven for advertising purposes in public parks or in residential zoning districts.

    A vehicle business sign must have a sign permit and shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter relating to business signs.

  • Vehicle sign permit exemption

    A vehicle sign is not required to have a sign permit and is exempt from the provisions of this chapter if the sign is incidental to the vehicle's primary use and the vehicle is not used primarily for advertising purposes.
