Signage
- Architecture and site approval required
All new signs and modifications require ASA unless exempt.
- Sign illumination
Signs may be illuminated only with continuous (non-blinking) lighting, using neon, external, internal, or halo lighting.
- Sign maintenance
Signs must be kept in good repair; message surface removal >90 days requires removal of supporting structure.

The purpose of this chapter, Signs, is to promote attractive signage that serves as an economic and aesthetic asset, comprehensively addresses aesthetic concerns of the public regarding visual clutter and visual blight in the environment, and ensures that traffic safety hazards are not created.
