- Prohibition on enlarging fossil fuel infrastructure
An owner and/or operator of a nonconforming gas station shall not enlarge, increase, extend, or move any fossil fuel storage or dispensing infrastructure existing prior to the effective date of this ordinance.
- Reconstruction after destruction
The restoration or reconstruction of a nonconforming gas station shall be completed within two (2) years of the date the gas station was damaged or destroyed.
- Removal of abandoned gas station
An abandoned gas station shall be physically removed from its site within 180-days of abandonment.
