From the ordinance
No construction shall take place within the city except between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Construction shall be prohibited on Sundays and on such holidays as may be designated by Council resolution.
